  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  3. Attach clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7 BUSINESS DAYS].

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 5 DAYS of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

These restrictions help maintain hygiene and quality standards.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect order placed by customer), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
